Advice for the Recently Divorced

Dear Jodie, I have been divorced for five years, and I have been dating a guy for two . We are engaged, and we are thinking about buying a house together. I was burned the first time. I am nervous about this. What is your advice? Tired of Mistakes
Dear Tired,
My only response- “DON’T do it!” My Lord, Girl, if you haver any doubts at all do not even think abut it. Buying a house together is not a promise ring- it is a contract. And so, who pays the bills? What if you split up? Who gets the equity, if one of you put in more money over time? OooooooHHHH. For so many reasons, do NOT do this. Question: why are you looking at buying a house together- if you haven’t even made the commitment of marrying?????? Do not tell me that it has to do with money. J
